About

Stanley Vashovsky

Stanley (Stan) Vashovsky's journey into the world of healthcare innovation began at the tender age of 19 in a Brooklyn garage, where he founded his first startup, MEDCARE. Recognizing the untapped potential of technology in automating medical device testing, he transformed MEDCARE into a national business that caught the attention of Philips Healthcare. In 2001, they acquired MEDCARE, and Vashovsky was appointed as Vice President of Innovations, making him one of the youngest executives in the company's history. His tenure at Philips was marked by spearheading numerous technology initiatives that laid the groundwork for his future endeavors.

In 2008, Vashovsky took on the challenge of turning around Health Systems Solutions, a struggling public healthcare software company. As CEO and Chairman, he successfully transitioned the company to private ownership and led it through a significant growth phase before selling it to a New York-based private equity firm. This experience honed his skills in strategic planning and business transformation, setting the stage for his next venture.

With over two decades of experience and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery, Vashovsky co-founded DocGo in 2015. Under his leadership, the company expanded its services to 26 U.S. states and the UK, revolutionizing the mobile healthcare landscape with technology-enabled solutions. DocGo's success is a testament to Vashovsky's innovative spirit and dedication to enhancing patient care.
